What memdecks provides
memdecks provides the learning account, vocabulary data, game listing, and iframe launch experience. The game itself may run from a separate origin or runtime operated by its developer.
Developer responsibility
Third-party developers are responsible for their game content, assets, code, gameplay, claims, and legal compliance. This includes making sure they have rights to images, audio, text, characters, names, and other materials used in their games.
Moderation and review
memdecks may review games before listing and may remove, suspend, or disable access to a game if it appears unsafe, unlawful, infringing, misleading, inappropriate for learners, or inconsistent with memdecks policies.
Moderation does not mean memdecks has inspected every runtime change or every piece of content a third-party game may show.
What developers must avoid
- Illegal, infringing, deceptive, hateful, harassing, explicit, or unsafe content.
- Malware, credential collection, hidden tracking, or misuse of account tokens.
- Gambling, payments, or external commercial claims without written approval.
- Using user data for anything outside the game experience approved by memdecks.
Reports and takedowns
If you see a problem in a game, contact support@memdecks.com with the game name, a description of the issue, and screenshots or links if available.
memdecks may contact the developer, restrict the game, remove the listing, or take other action depending on the report.
